These terms apply when you buy from this website. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them before you pay.

Orders

An order is confirmed once your payment succeeds and we send you a confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — with a full refund — if an item is out of stock, if the price or description was wrong, or if we cannot deliver to your pincode.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The price shown at the time of ordering is the price you pay. Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank password.

Our products

Our spices are ground from natural agricultural produce. Colour, aroma and coarseness vary from crop to crop and batch to batch. That variation is normal and is not a defect.

Use before the date printed on the pouch. Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight, and keep the pack sealed.

Allergens

Each pouch contains a single spice and its ingredients are printed on the pack. Please read the pack before use. If you have a known allergy, check with us before ordering.

Health claims

We sell food, not medicine. Nothing on this website is medical advice and our products are not meant to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Talk to a doctor about anything to do with your health.

Delivery and returns

See our shipping policy and refunds policy. They form part of these terms.

Your account and information

Please give correct delivery details. We are not responsible for a delivery that fails because the address or phone number you gave was wrong.

Our content

The EarthVeda name, logo, packaging design, photographs and text on this website belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without written permission.

Our liability

If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under Indian consumer law.

Disputes

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute will be subject to the courts at Mahendergarh, Haryana.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
