Where we deliver
We deliver across India. We do not ship outside India at present.
Delivery charges
Free on orders of ₹499 and above. On orders below ₹499, a flat ₹49 is charged. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 working days of payment. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.

These are the times our courier partners quote. Weather, strikes and remote pincodes can add to them.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email or SMS once your parcel is handed to the courier. If you have not received it within 3 working days of paying, call us on +91 98123 95547.
If your parcel has not arrived
If the tracking has not moved for 5 working days, or the expected delivery date has passed by more than 3 working days, contact us with your order number. We will raise it with the courier and either re-send your order or refund you in full.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your address and pincode before paying. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available after three delivery attempts, we will refund the order value minus the actual courier cost, or re-send it once you pay delivery again.
